STANDARD Shipping: First Class USPS Standard, 3-4 business days from ship date not order date. (May Be Longer Due To Covid)

PRIORITY Shipping: Priority USPS, 1-3 business days from ship date not order date. (May Be Longer Due To Covid)

The Nalia Closet does not guarantee delivery dates. Delivery times frames are an estimate.

THE NALIA CLOSET IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGED or LOST/STOLEN MAIL.

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS NOT RECEIVED, BUT SHOWS DELIVERED, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL USPS. NON-RECEIPT OF PACKAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE.

Incorrect Address:

The Nalia Closet is not responsible for entering customers addresses. If a customer places an order and enters an incorrect address and contacts

The Nalia Closet before the package is shipped, the order will be canceled.

If you place an order and provide The Nalia Closet with the incorrect address and your package is shipped and returned to The Nalia Closet due to incorrect address, customer is responsible to pay a re-shipping fee to have the item re-shipped to the correct address. The original returned package will be sent within 3 business days of customer paying the re-shipping fee. If customer does not pay the reshipping fee for a returned package, the item becomes property of The Nalia Closet with no refund issued.

Discount Codes:

Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout. You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. Prices cannot be adjusted after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used on a purchase. Discount codes cannot be combined with bundle deal discounts, gift cards or store credit. Discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.

Pick Up/Delivery:

We do not offer pick ups for online orders nor delivery of online orders.

Order Cancellations:

Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure your order details are correct (size, address, payment, etc.)
